Subject: Worth the download
More documentary than newsreel (2 reels - approx 25 min) showing the buildup to D-Day. Focus is on the logistics of invasion, as well as the preliminary air campaign to isolate Normandy. Finishes with the landings themselves. Good combat footage too.
